| Ive been on the medicine for more then a month now. my first month i lost 24lbs. I agree' you must change your way of life. Exercise, the things you eat, drinking plenty of water. If you cant commit to those things, dont waste your time. I went the other day and a girl only lost 10 pounds, she was furious, said the drug was a crock of shit. sorry but it does work if you work with it. Ive had some of the insomnia problems ppl speak of. but im not tired the next day. its like my mind has been tricked into thinking that i did sleep. i work 12 hour days, so sleep is usually my friend. but i was a kid once to, sleeping is over rated sometimes lol. just keep at it. it can work. The change in my way of life has offset my diabeties problems, but my bloodpressure is still in the high area. but in turn it will get better too. One thing i did notice is not to take birthcontrol with the medicine, it lowers the effects of the birthcontrol for 1 and it makes u keep weight on. so yah i had to stop taking those pills.but im happy non the less. | I took the recommended amount and hours later, I felt like I was going to have a heart attack. I had trouble breathing and threw up twice. I was afraid to go to sleep because I thought that I would never wake up. I was shaking terribly and threw the brand new bottle in the trash can. I think Zantrex is so dangerous. Plus, being a nutrition minor, most OTC diet pills are frauds. The only true way to lose weight is to eat a healthy diet and exercise regularly. Not only will you lose/maintain weight, you will feel like a million dollars. BE VERY CAUTIOUS WITH ANY DIET PILL! |

| I will begin taking these (for the first time) tomorrow. I am excited about it and believe they will work. As for some of the reviewers, if your doctor won't prescribe them to you, maybe you don't need them. Also, it is common sense that when you go off the pills and make no effort to continue to watch what you eat and exercise that you will regain weight! Come on people! Maybe you should look at the pill as a tool to help in your weight loss, not just a crutch. It's a proven fact that you need to eat less and move more to make weight loss happen! |

| this pill works great, u cant truly rate this pill until uve taken the FULL cycle, people give a review after a week or two, thats not legit at all, u have to take the full cycle to feel the full effects and this pill is great and amazing!!!! |

| When I took phentramine I lost a total of 30 pounds in 3 months. I was barely hunger and had losts of energy. There were two down falls to this pill, bad headaches and weight gain after i got off the pill. I think what caused the weight gain was that I never really ate when on the pill. So the minute I stopped the pill I wanted to eat everything in site.I should have had small portions of food while on the food and maybe that would have helped me to keep of the weight. |

| I have only ever lost weight by eating less food. This totally facilitates that! Far less hungry. I take 2 in the morning and 2 in the afternoon. I don't really use a scale, but I can fit back into most of my clothes. Would estimate a 10+ pound loss over a past few weeks and will definitely continue using. |
