| These pills are great!! I am in the military and needed a litle edge to slim down before deploying to Iraq. I went to GNC and brought a bottle. I used them for about a month and dropped 11 pounds (With daily excercise and running 3 to 4 miles a day). I did this daily allready and did not change my diet. The pills are great, I recomend them to any body. Note, due to my larger size (6'2 large frame) I take 2 pills a day. They work awsome!! |

| I just started taking TrimSpa and I'm excited to see what happens. I've been exercising and eating healthy and I've lost 35 pounds. I'm ready to kick things up a notch and get rid of those last few pounds and really tone up. I also have to say that someone should never take these reviews too seriously. Too many people take diet pills but are too lazy to do the actual diet and the exercise that needs to go along with it. Diet pills are supplements...not miracles. You will never lose weight if you sit on your butt, eat junk food, and pop a Trimspa pill a few times a day. |
