| TrimSpa worked great for me I went from 140 to 129, in 30 days but a 3 month period, of course you have to work out and eat right. I was still eating everything I wanted to eat but of course i didn't over eat this time, BUT the bad thing now is that i gained all that way back BUT that's because I stopped doing everything completely but now I'm starting again and will see the results in 1 or 2 months.I'll be giving you guys an update. |

| I got extremely ill on phentermine. I took the lowest dose and also the fatblocker shot, so i dont know which one got me sick. Suddenly i got panic attacks and axiety right away within minutes from taking them. i was yelling every 3-5min when my attacks came. |
