| I started taking the pills 4 days ago according to the directions on the bottle which say 1 pill with your meal for the first week and then increase it to no more than 2/day. Can you tell me why there is a discrepency between these directions and yours? I have notice the increase in energy but no weight loss yet. The energy increases more the more active I am. |

| Like many others, it worked great the 1st week, lost about 7lbs after that it's been terribly slow. But I must admit that I don't eat and exercise like I should and I haven't gained any weight back. The 1st day, I was nauseous, but I persevered and after that day I didn't experience any side effects. I only take two in the morning. |
